The Oostmolen is a historic polder mill in the town of Gorinchem. It is the sister mill to the Westmolen, and the two mills were built in the early 19th century, to replace mills that had been burned down by French troops during the invasion of 1813. The mills were bought by the town in 1973, and are now ran on a voluntary basis. The mill is open to visitors, with tours available by appointment only.
