The Molen van Roex mill is a relatively modern corn mill located on Molenweg in the town of Gulpen. The water mill was built in 1905 to replace an older mill that had been destroyed by a fire. The Roex family had been renting the old mill from Count Rudolf of Gulpen, and when the new mill was built they chose to continue as tenants, until 1952, when they bought the mill outright. The Roex family still own the mill today. The Molen van Roex is open to the public.
