The Molen van Hapert was built in 1896 as a communal corn mill for the inhabitants of Hapert. The mill was built for the miller Francis Sanders of Zuid Limbug, using parts taken from demolished mills from around the country. The mill was bought by the town in 1970, and restored in 1972. Today, the mill is ran on a voluntary basis, and is open to the public on the first and third Saturday of the month.
