The Laakmolen is an historic polder mill locaetd on Trekweg in the town of Hague. The mill was built in 1621, but was re-designed in 1699, and very little of the original mill remains. The Laakmolen served the Noordpolder until 1938. The mill was restored in 1986, and now serves as a water mill for the Laakkwartier. The mill is only ran occasionally, as an electric pumping station has taken over most of its duties. The mill was restored in 2003.
