The Hoogmadesche Mill is an historic polder mill located on Noordeinde in the town of Hoogmade. The mill was built in 1897 to serve the 182 hecater Piestpolder. The Hoogmadesche Mill was decommissioned in 1968, when an electric motor took over the husbandry of the polder. In 1976, the Rhineland Mill Foundation bought the mill. The Hoogmadesche Mill is now ran on a voluntary basis, and makes around 1 million revolutions per year. The Hoogmadesche Mill is open to the public.
