The Hooghoudt brewery in Groningen is most famous for its Graanjevener, but also produces other beers such as Beerenburg, and liquors such as the Wilhelmus Orange Liquor – traditionally served in the region on Queen’s Day. The brewery offers tours several times a week, with drinks included. The tours give visitors a chance to learn about the history of the brewery, and to discover how the distilling process works. Visitors also have a chance to sample some of the brewery’s produce.
