Map

The Haastrecht Mill is an historic polder mill located on Provincialeweg West in the town of Gouda. The mill was built in 1862 to serve the 310 hectare Lower Haastrecht polder. The Haastrecht Mill was bought by the Krimpenerwaard Water Board in 1975. The mill is in good condition, and is still in use today. The current miller is Jan Noorlander, and it is hoped that his son will follow in his footsteps as a miller. The Haastrecht Mill is open to the public.
