The Graanmolen of Eijsden is a working water mill that dates back to 1788. The mill was dismantled and rebuilt in 1857 because of its deteriorating condition, and was then in use as a commercial corn mill until the 1950s. The mill was then idle until 1975, and quickly fell into a state of decay. More restoration work was performed, and the Graanmolen was re-opened in 1980. Today, the mill is owned by Mr. T. H. Rutten.
