The Nederlands Stripmusem (or, Dutch Comic Museum) is located on Westerhaven in Groningen. It is a modern museum devoted to Dutch comic strips and graphic art. The museum is divided up into several areas which highlight different forms of comic. There are sections devoted to Dutch comic strip heroes such as Suske en Wiske, Jan, and Dirkjan, as well as sections specifically targeting children, adults, and comic book connoisseurs. On some days, visitors can watch real comic strip artists as they work.
