Aeolus Mill, Farmsum
Borgshof 24, 9936 SW Farmsum - Netherlands

Map
The Aeolus Mill was first built in 1811 for the miller H. W. Dikes. It was originally used as a corn mill, and was in commercial use until the early 1960s. In 1971, the mill, which was in a very poor condition was bought by the city of Delfzijl. In 1974, the Aeolus Mill was moved to its current location on the Borghof in the town of Farmsum. The mill is open to the public on most Tuesdays and Thursdays, although it is best to call to confirm opening times before visiting.
