The A-Kerk is a Romanesque church located near the Corn Exchange in Groningen. It was originally called the Dra-Kerk, and was constructed in 1247. It is dedicated to the Virgin and All Saints. The church was drastically re-built in the 15th century to a more Gothic style, and had a tower added on in the 18th century, although this has since collapsed. The interior features some beautiful 15th century decoration, and the entire building underwent some restoration work in the mid 1970s.
