The Wind Motor Baiium is a relatively modern drainage mill located near the Winsum – Franeker railway line. The mill was built in 1925, and uses a rare Mous-Engine design which features sails on the tail, and a centrifugal pump. The mill was built by the prolific mill-maker J. Mous, whose mills are a common sight in the Friesland region. The Wind Motor Baiium is now maintained by the Friesland Mill Foundation.
