The Villa Nederheem is located on Torenlaan in the town of Blaricum. The villa is currently used as the town hall. The Villa Nederheem was built in 1937, for the painter William Singer. It came to be used as the town hall in 1974. There are plans for the town hall to be moved to another location in 2009, leaving the Villa to be used for other purposes. The Villa Nederheem is a non-listed monument.
