The Theatre Tuschinski was built in 1921. It is an interesting building, with Art Deco inspirations being visible in both the color and shape of the building. It was named after the Jewish tailor who envisioned and financed its creation. The movie theatre contains some spectacular stained glass, hand-made carpets, and interesting murals. The theatre was restored in 2002, and movies are still shown there today. It is worth visiting the theatre to view the decorations, even if you do not plan to watch a film.
