The Swallow Mill
Mounewei 17, HB 9111 Burdaard - Netherlands

Map
The Zwaluw, or ’Swallow’ mill is a working saw mill located on Mounewei in the town of Burdaard. The current mill was built in 1875, to replace a corn mill that had been destroyed almost fifty years earlier. The Swallow mill suffered heavy damage during a fire in 1972, but was restored in 1987. The mill is open to the public every Saturday morning, and there is a small shop attached to the mill which is open on Fridays and Saturdays.
