The Mustard and Condiment Museum, or “Doesburgsch Mostard en Aziijnmuseum” is a museum devoted to the history of mustard. The museum features a large collection of mustart-making equipment from an old mustard factory, and has a number of exhibits relating to the usage of mustard, as well as regular demonstrations. The museum is open throughout the year, although opening times are limited during the winter months.
