The Kingmatille

The Kingmatille is an historic polder mill located on Keimptilsterdyk in the town of Dronrijp. The mill was originally built in 1870, but was dismantled and moved to its current location in 1987. The Kingmatille is now owned by the Menaldumadeel Mills Foundation. The Kingmatille mill was last used for drainage purposes in 1991. The Kingmatille mill is now idle, but it is open to the public, and tours can be arranged upon request.
