The Hamermolen is a former paper mill located on Hoenderloseweg in the town of Apeldoorn-Ugchelen. The water mill was built in 1916 to replace an older mill that had been destroyed by a fire. The mill has served many purposes, from grinding corn, to paper production. The mill closed down in 1960. The miller’s home is still standing, and the main mill building has been converted to a small hotel and convention center.
