The Culinary History Museum in Amersfoort is a museum which focuses on the history of cooking, from prehistory to the present day. The focus of the museum is on Dutch cuisine, but other cooking related topics are covered. There are a number of dioramas depicting eating and drinking from various eras throughout history, ranging from the early days of domesticated food production to the mass-production of food in modern times.
