The Arend Mill
Krimweg 60, 7741 KK Coevorden - Netherlands

Map
There is some debate over the history of The Arend Mill. According to a publication called ’The Molenaar’, the mill was built in 1888, and was moved to its current location in 1894. Some other sources believe that the mill was built from scratch in 1894, by G. Ritsema. The mill was originally owned by the Soppe family, but was sold to the town of Coevorden in 1976. Today, the mill is cared for by Roelof Kooiker and Bob Dust. Tours of the mill are available by appointment only.
