The ’T Hoog and Groenland is an old polder mill located on Rijksstraatweg in the town of Baambrugge. The mill was built in the early 18th century, and is now owned by The Utrecht Mills Foundation. The mill ran exclusively on wind power until 1925, when the pump was upgraded to use electricity. In 1968, a new mill was built, which became the main mill for the three polders in the area. The ’T Hoog and Groenland mill became a national monument, and underwent some restoration work in the early 1970s.
