The Bergeijk Standerdmolen was originally built during the 14th century. It was originally owned by the Bergeijk Abbey, and local residents were obliged to bring their grain to the mill to be ground, giving the abbots a permanent source of income. The current mill dates back to the late 18th century. The Bergeijk Standerdmolen is now owned by the town, and is currently idle because of its poor condition. The mill open to the public.
