The Rosmolen in Demen is an 18th century windmill. The mill is an octacgonal, wooden structure, with a small farm building attached to it. The rosmolen was used to power a churn, which would make butter from the milk collected from the farm. The mill was restored in 1989. The mill opens to the public on World Heritage Days, and visitors can tour the farm and the mill, and see the churn in operation.
