Ratterman Wooden Shoes and Gifts is a traditional Dutch wooden shoe factory. Visitors can watch as the shoes are hand made from a rough piece of wood, and learn about the history and traditions that surround wooden shoes and have made them such an important part of Dutch culture. Shoe making demonstrations are available in several different languages. There is also a small gift store which sells souvenirs including miniature wooden shoes and traditional Royal Delft porcelain.
