The home and workplace of the 19th century artist Paul Tétar van Elven (1823-96) has been turned into a museum. The attic has been turned into an exhibition room, but in much of the rest of the house, the furnishings are just as van Elven left them, and the 17th-century-style studio looks as if the artist could walk in and start painting at any moment. Van Elven was a well known copyist, and many of his best reproductions, including some Rembrandts, are on display here.
