The Meadow Mill is one of several mills in the Dutch Open Air Museum. This particular mill is a relatively modern watermill. The exact date of the mill’s construction is unknown, but it is thought that it was built some time between 1914 and 1918 in the Frisian Langweer area. The mill was demolished in 1960, and re-built in the Dutch Open Air Museum in 1989. The mill is now open to the public during the opening hours of the museum park.
