The Kaasboerderij De Franschman is a traditional cheese factory in Bergen. The factory uses a mix of traditional ’hand made’ production methods and more modern machinery to produce cheese and other dairy products. The factory is located in central Bergen. Visitors can learn about how cheese is made, and how production has changed over the years. At the time of writing, they are not able to offer any special access facilities for disabled persons.
