The Het Loo Palace and estate has been a summer home to generations of Dutch royalty since its construction in 1685. It was converted to a museum in 1984, and now houses a collection of paintings, furniture, tapestries, silver, glassware and ceramics celebrating the history of the House of Orange. The stable block holds a collection of vintage cars and carriages, including a special royal Bentley from 1925. The palace gardens have been restored to mirror the original 17th century designs.
