The Grote Kerk in Dordrecht is visible from all over the town. The church dates all the way back to the 11th century, but the current building is a patchwork from several eras, with a 14th century spire topped by 17th century clocks. The church is one of the largest in the country, built to show the wealth and prosperity of Dordrecht. The tower offers an impressive view out over the town, and the choir stalls inside the church are also interesting to see.
