The GEM Mueum voor Actuele Kunst, or ’Gem Museum’ is a contemporary museum located in the same campus area as the Gemeentemuseum. It was founded to display work by a range of artists from all over the world alongside artists from the Netherlands, and features a variety of artistic disciplines. The work on display includes everything from paintings and drawings to video, photography and the performing arts. There are also regular talks, film shows, and presentations held at the museum.
