The Galgemolen is an historic polder mill locaetd on Trekweg in the town of Den Haag. The mill was built in 1621, but was rebuilt to a new design in 1699, and very little of the original mill remains. The Galgemolen served the Noordpolder until 1938, and was restored in 1986 before being converted to serve as a water mill for the Laakkwartier. The mill is only ran occasionally, as an electric pumping station has taken over most of its duties. The Galgemolen was restored in 2003.
