The Dommelsche Water Mill was originally built in the second half of the 14th century. The mill was sold to Janne Cortenbach, the Lord of Keerburgen, in 1545. The Cortenbach family sold the mill in 1747, and over the next 200 years the mill had several different owners. The Cortenbach Mill is now owned by the Valkenswaard County, and is open to the public every Saturday. The mill shop sells a range of fresh grain products.
