The Bouwhof Mill is an historic water-driven paper mill. It was built in the 18th century, and named after an old farm that once stood in the village of Ugchelen. The mill was originally one of three paper-mills in the village, but the others have since been decommissioned. The Bouwhof Mill was restored in 2003, and the water board restored the flow of water to the mill in 2005. The mill is no longer in use as a paper mill, but the water-wheel is operational once more, and serves as a reminder of the history of the village.
